How does the reservation process work for Single Family Homes?

You may select a specific lot and put down a $10,000 refundable deposit. This will hold the site for a period of 30 days. At the end of the 30 day period, you may enter into a purchase agreement and proceed to closing. If you are not prepared to close at that time, your money will be refunded and the selected lot will become available again.

How does the reservation process work for Townhomes?

You may select a townhome unit and put down a $5,000 refundable deposit. The deposit will hold the unit for a period of 30 days. During this time you will choose from standardized selections to arrive at a final price. At the end of the 30 day period, you may enter into a purchase agreement and put down a 20% non-refundable deposit. If you are not prepared to enter into a purchase agreement at that time, your initial deposit will be refunded and the selected unit will become available again.

How much are the monthly condo association dues?

For the Single Family Homes, dues will be approximately $255 per month. For the Townhomes, dues will be approximately $250 per month.

What is covered by my condo association fees?

Condo association fees include the following:

ALL home dues include:

  • Landscape maintenance, general maintenance and cleaning of all common areas
  • Snow plowing all roads and driveways, shoveling all sidewalks
  • Trash removal and recycling services
  • Maintenance reserve for future repairs
  • Association administration
  • Irrigation system maintenance

Single Family Home dues also include:

  • Landscape maintenance of each individual yard

Townhome dues also include:

  • Water bill
  • Exterior window cleaning
When do I have to build my Single Family Home?

We ask that you start construction on your Single Family Home within 2 years of closing on your lot purchase, and complete construction within 3 years.

Will I be able to choose my landscape design on my Single Family Home?

You will be presented with a landscape plan for your yard and you will have the opportunity to review and request changes. Any major changes to the landscape plan must be approved by the condo association board.

Can I have a pet?

Yes, you may have a pet dog, cat or bird.

Is a satellite dish permitted?

We do not allow a dish, but we do offer GigaPower high speed internet from local service providers.
